The purpose of research - to increase the profitability of corn purpose in terms of Cherkasy region by optimizing sowing time and density stand of plants, the use of technology in balanced doses of fertilizers when growing newly maize hybrids of different maturity groups. During the study period the most cost-effective (242%) was the second term of sowing where maximum economic indicator received in a hybrid version with 330 MV Orlik (8.4 t / ga) against the background of fertilization N45P45K45. (The costs 6076 UAH, production costs 22,046 UAH, net profit of 15 970 UAH / ga, the cost of 1 ton of grain 712 UAH.). The lowest figures had hybrid Subotivsky 190 SV (4.1 t / ga) - 35%, was sowing on the second term on the background of fertilization N60P60K60 + N30.
