The purpose of the study was to reveal the peculiarities of formation of flora and recovery of the meadow vegetation on fallow land and anthropogenically disturbed areas and adjacent natural grasslands Central Forest-steppe of Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the research programme identified the following objectives: to establish a General flora of fallow lands of different years demotic and adjacent territories; to identify regenerative processes in the reproduction of meadow vegetation of the studied phytocenoses; make systematic, biomorphological, ecological, synatropical, geographic and coenotic analysis of data types; to investigate species change ranks, stages, phases demoting processes of formation of meadow vegetation; to establish the dynamic processes in the formation of sustainable communities of meadow vegetation. Research methods - different years of fallow lands was carried out democacy route, halfstationary, stationary and laboratory methods. Were conducted geobotanical field research fallow land that is restored meadow vegetation, in the Central Forest-steppe of Ukraine by the methods described E.M. Lavrenko (1959), A. I. Tolmachev (1959), V. D. Alexandrova (1964) and others. Identification of species composition was performed during the "Keys to higher plants of Ukraine" (1987). Measurement-gravimetric method - to account for the yield of meadow vegetation; mathematical-statistics - to assess the validity of research results; settlement-comparative - to compare the flora and vegetation according to various indicators during the years demotic; electronic method for creating an electronic database of all types of the studied phytocoenoses.
