The aim of study is examining the dogs and cats' sexual cycle characteristics and developing methods of reproduction control. The methods of study include clinical, laboratory and statistical methods. Purpose - to study morphological and physiological indicators of females organism during estrus and to develop diagnostic and prognostic tests to determine the stages of sexual cycle and optimal insemination time bitches. Based on clinical and experimental studies clarified some morphological characteristics of bitches sexual apparatus, followed the dynamics of morphological and biochemical parameters of blood during estrus. The method of electroacupuncture for the diagnosis of optimal insemination time for bitches and control of estrus by changes in biologically points of uterus (VB30) and ovarian (V27) was used at the first time. Identified diagnostic and prognostic tests that are associated with changes in the electrical resistance of the cranial vaginal mucosa, cytology of smears from the mucous membrane of the vagina , coefficient of electrical conductivity in BAP (biological active points), and body temperature ,that are considered optimal time of insemination of bitches.
