The aim of study is to develop modern methods of treatment and prevention of ovaries diseases in cows. Methods of studying are clinical, laboratory, and statistical. The main cause of symptomatic infertility in cows of Separated Subdivision of NULES of Ukraine "Agronomic Research Station" in 39,5-53,8 %, and in NULES of Ukraine Separated Subdivision "Velykocnitynske Teaching and Research Farm named after O. Muzychenko" in 40,5-53,8 % of cases is hypofunction of ovaries. The incidence of cows for persistent corpus luteum as one of the symptomatic infertility cause of NULES of Ukraine "Agronomic Research Station" is 22,6% from total number of infertile cows. The reasons of ovaries hypofunction in cows is not complete and unbalanced nutrition, lack of motion, lack of insolation and to a lesser extent, pathology of calving and postnatal period that cause the occurrence of gynecological diseases. Diagnosis of the functional state of the reproductive system using the device PERT-4M, which is used in veterinary practice showed that rates of electrical conductivity in BAT of ovaries (VBT.4) reduced by 15-20 mA at hypofunction of gonads. Analysis of the therapeutic efficacy of the drug Minerasol at a dose 20 ml for stimulation of the reproductive ability of cows with hypofunction of ovaries showed that in experimental group of animals observed increasing of their fertility from the first insemination by 50%, reducing the duration of infertility - for 19.3 days compared to the control group. Complex application of drug estrofanu with tissue preparation STP at persistent corpus luteum improves fertility of cows after first insemination for 12,5% and reducing of infertility for one head on 13,8 days. A single use of surfahonu drug at a dose of 10 ml (50 mg) in combination with electropuncture reflexology in cows with hypo function of ovaries improves the fertility of animals from the first insemination for 40%, reducing the length of infertility days to 27 days and reduces index o insemination for 0.7 of sperm dose compared to control group.
