Purpose - to examine the state of metabolism in freshwater fish and to develop means of prevention of violations using organic compounds macro- and micronutrients. Methods - clinical, morphological (number of red blood cells and white blood cells, removing leykohramy) and biochemical studies of blood (total protein content and its fractions, enzyme activity, the content of macro- and micronutrients, hematocrit rate, etc.); spectrophotometric (the content of macro- and micronutrients in the water and feed intake); statistics. Experimentally proved therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of a new drug Karpomin complex, created on the basis of macro-organic compounds, trace elements, for violations of mineral metabolism in the body scaly carp grown in the gardens. The drug normalizes Karpomin clinical condition, morphological and biochemical parameters of blood, blood levels of macro- and micronutrients, provides full growth and development of larvae and scaly carp peers in terms of intensive technologies of cultivation.
