The aim of the study it was used improved analytical method of inversion chrono-potentiometry, realized in the up-to-date apparatus unit, for the ecological monitoring of trace quantities of both toxic elements and micronutrients in fresh waters, soils, plants, biological environmental objects. The thesis is devoted to the evaluation of level of pollution of ecosystems by As(ІV) and to the analysis of their migratory behavior in objects of ecobiocommunities for the ecological safety of man's using of water, livestock and vegetable products and other foods. The method of analysis for determination of arsenic in drinking and natural water (0.5 mkg/dm3) based on method inversion chronopotentiometry using analyzer M - ХA1000-5 was improved. Discussed the feasibility of using this method to monitoring the state of the environment. Types of measuring electrodes in the inversion electrochemical analysis were investigated. Gold's electrode in the inversion chronopotentiometric mode with the using of program-computered device of M-XAl 000-5 was investigated for determination of arsenic concentration. The technique of analysis of mobile forms of arsenic in water, soils on a silveru electrode was developed. Guidelines for measurement of mass concentration of toxic elements (As, Hg, Co, Ni) in water of method of inversion chronopotentiometry (МВВ 081/36 - 0935 - 14) was developed.
