The purpose of the work is perfection technology of corundum ceramics. The research methods are chemical, petrographic, electronmicroscopic and physicomechanical. The rheological properties of slips from alumina MARTOXID MR 70 brand "MARTINSWERK GmbH" (Germany) company depending on the ambient temperature (from 10 to 20 °C) were researched. It was established that at the ambient temperature of 18-20 °C these slips form alumina independently from the composition and density characterized by minimum relative and dynamic viscosities, maximum fluidity, speed dialing crock and weight set crock. The samples which made at ambient temperature of 18-20 °C independently from process by slip casting method (drain or tank) are characterized by the following properties: crushing strength 2,4-2,6 MPa, apparent density 3,90-3,93 g/cm3 before firing and open porosity - 0 % after firing at 1580 °C. The fact of stability improvement the slip that contain additives DISPEX A40 brand and OPTAPIX AC 170 brand on the basis of electronicmicroscopic studies was explain. It is established that the additive OPTAPIX AC 170 brand support to formation of gel substances, which envelop the particles of alumina, promotes their evenly distribution throughout the volume of the slip and prevent settling. As a result the stability of the slip that contain additives DISPEX A40 brand and OPTAPIX AC 170 brand characterized by higher stability than that slip that contain only additive DISPEX A40 brand twice (250 and 125 respectively). The slips from alumina that used for producing by draining method of slip casting after keeping in a sealed container during over one month does not lose its molding and rheological properties. The samples that were made from this slip are characterized by the same properties, as the samples that were made from the slips not are kept during over one month. According to electronicmicroscopic studies the high-refractory corundum high-density ceramics products from alumina MARTOXID MR 70 brand are characterized by well-formed almost without defect grains of a-Al2O3 which are surrounded by a layer that consist of smaller grains of corundum different configurations and micropores. The steps growth of crystals show that alumina MARTOXID MR 70 brand that used as raw material which contains a low quantity of impurity oxides in full composition improves products sintering to the full at the firing temperature at 1580 °C and let made a specially clean high-density corundum ceramics. The researches on usage of alumina MARTOXID MR 70 brand in technology of high refractory corundum high density products by extrusion method are carried out. The technology of high refractory corundum high density products of КОПМ brand in accordance ТУ from alumina MARTOXID MR 70 brand by extrusion method is improved and implemented. In accordance with the requirements of regulatory documentation and contacts terms on trial plant of PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the trial lots of high-refractory corundum high-density products of КОПМ and КОП brands and fireclay-cordierite products of ШКДТ-3 brand were manufactured. The trial lots of corundum and fireclay-cordierite products were produced in financing volume and delivered to the customers.
