S. BEREZHNOY" and refractory enterprises of Ukraine, measuring laboratories of refractory enterprises. The purpose of the work is metrological support and improvement of tests and measurements quality of refractory products. The works by attainment and maintenance of measurements uniformity of instrumentation technology means and testing equipment applied in the development, production and testing of refractory products have been carried out. The guidelines MV 322-71-2008 of initial, periodic and extraordinary certification of testing equipment to determine of thermal shock resistance permanent to DSTU GOST 5500: 2006 (GOST 5500-2001, IDT), DSTU GOST 11586: 2006 (GOST 11586-2005, IDT) are reviewed and finalized. The researches of metrological characteristics of instrumentation technology means, normalized accuracy characteristics of testing equipment and the assessment of measuring laboratories conformity to attestation criteria have been carried out. The calibration, verification and intermediate examination of instrumentation technology means have been organized and carried out. The researches of metrological characteristics stability and attestation of state of standard samples have been carried out. The metrological attestation of testing equipment of Ukrainian refractory enterprises has been carried out. According to attestation graph, one measuring laboratory and one calibrating laboratory of refractory enterprises of Ukraine have been prepared and attested, that will allow increasing level of assurance and performance of measurements in measuring and calibrating laboratories of refractory enterprises. The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of metrological support of measurements applied in the production and testing of refractory products.
