The purpose of the study - determining the essence of biological resources as a component of national wealth; a study of the concept of multilevel formation of national wealth in particular with the features of reproduction of its biological component; development of the system of accounting analytical support of management by use and reproduction of bioresource potential of Ukraine. Research methods - theoretical and methodological basis of research are fundamental works of leading researchers on problems of reproduction of biological resources, legislative acts of Ukraine, regulating the use and conservation of biological resources. During research the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparison method and statistical-economic methods (the analytical assessment of modern vectors and patterns of the development of the biological component of national wealth), graphic methods, and correlation and regression analysis (identifying and measuring the influence of major factors on the use and reproduction of biological potential), settlement-constructive (when assessing the carrying capacity of reproduction of bioresources), the method of abstract logical generalization (to develop measures of administrative influence on the formation of biological resources of Ukraine). The significance of the obtained results consists in the improvement of the criteria economic dimension and the analytical evaluation of the bio-resource potential as a prerequisite for the development of econometric forecasting models of rational use, preservation and reproduction of its components. The application of the developed scientific tools possible in the field of management of enterprises of agrarian sphere, as well as the regional state administration building of the agricultural potential of the national wealth of Ukraine.
