Research aim - to investigate febrifuge, antiinflammatory and analgetic actions of preparation " Izamben". To investigate efficiency of izamben at pathologies of locomotorium of dogs. Methods are researches - clinical; haematological; biochemical; cytologic; serum; pharmacological; statistical. First in veterinary medicine complex studies of analgetic, febrifuge and antiinflammatory action of izamben (amizon) are undertaken by comparison to classic NSAID metakam, paracetamol, natrium dirlofenak and rimadyl. It is set that izamben is peculiar the expressed antinociceptive action in case of occurring of visceral pain for white mise. It is experimentally well-proven that at a pyrogenal-fever for the rats of izamben stipulates a proof febrifuge action that maximally shows up in a hour after his application. The antiinflammatory action of izamben is well-proven at the modelled trauma of joint with the damage of arthral cartilage for dogs, that was characterized by absence of any signs of pain and functional violations for animals, by normalization of haematological indexes (amount of red corpuscles, leucocytes, hematokrit), leukogram, biochemical indexes of serum of blood and synovia. At the modelled trauma of joint with the damage of arthral cartilage the antiinflammatory action of izamben did not yield rimadil. Confirmation of scientific novelty is efficiency undertaken experimental studies of izamben's antiinflammatory properties and his curative effect at spontaneous arthral pathology of dogs.
