Results of blood tests provide ability of early and differential diagnostics of renal failure of these dogs. Dynamics of biochemical blood indices of German shepherd dogs with acute and chronic renal failure as markers for renal diseases were stated. The indices such as nitric coefficient/protein coefficient, creatinine/total protein, creatinine/albumins, creatinine/globulins, AST/GGT, ALT/GGT, (AST+ALT)/GGT, ?-amylase/GGT and ?-amylase/alkaline phosphatase provides differential diagnostics of acute and chronic renal failure of dogs. Schemes of pathogenetic therapy of dogs with acute and chronic renal failure by amino acids and trace elements using under condition of different ways applying were researched and scientifically backgrounding.
