Cascade formation, development and annealing in pure zirconium crystals irradiated at different irradiation conditions are studied. Spatial self-organization of an ensemble of point defects in pure zirconium irradiated by fast neutrons is studied. Obtained results are in good correspondence with theoretical ones and experimental observations for pure zirconium subjected to sustained irradiation.
