The aim of the study is to improve the results of treatment of patients with diaphyseal fractures of the forearm bones by developing a device based on a rod and technology-driven external fixation. Methods: clinical, radiographic, biomechanical (goniometry), experimental and theoretical (mathematical modeling using finite element method) statistics. Based on the research we improved methods of surgical treatment of diaphyseal fractures of the forearm bones. The advantages of this technique is to separate the external fixation of forearm on the core base, which provides a stable fixation of fragments for the duration of adhesions, maintaining, above all, the function of the rotary arm.
