Inclusion criteria were: gestational term less than 37 weeks, birth weight less than 2500 g, absence of severe malformations of organs and systems, and severe organic lesions of central nervous system. 150 cases in age from 3 months till 5 years (74 boys and 76 girls) were chosen for factor analysis. Children were divided on 2 groups: those who have delay of physical development in the age of 6 month (91 case) and those who didn’t have (59 cases). By euristic way some factors (maternal and child’s) which might associate with delay of physical development of preterm babies during 1st half of year were focused. Univariate assessment of these factors was done to reveal statistical significance.
