It was investigated the state of glycolytic oxidoreduction in cardiac and skeletal muscles. By comparative description of carbohydrate methabolism in cardiac and skeletal muscles of the experimental animals of different age groups it was stated that in competition for glycolytic NADH+Н in skeletal muscles of sexually matured male rats and 1-month-old rats, dominates lactate dehydrogenase for reduction pyruvate to lactate and thus there are optimal conditions for intensive glycolysis. The set of measures to decrease metabolic disorders in connective and muscle tissues of radiated animals was developed .It was pointed, that vitamin and hormonal status provides coherence of metabolic processes in organism, resistance to extreme environmental factors, capacity for adaptive restructuring of numerous systems of the organism.
