Last years among patients with DRTB and his combination with VHC and HIV are marked tendency to the increase of amount of women and habitants of city, primary drug resistance of mycobacterium of tuberculosis (MBT); considerably growing amount of the disseminated forms; the index of presence of destruction of pulmonary tissue is approached by 100,0 % in patients with DRTB and co-infections. Regardless of co-infection, the basic loading from antituberculosis drugs lies down on urinoexcretory and liver and gall-bladder systems; more often patients broke treatment with the triple infection of DRTB/HIV/VHС.
