They were made cytoreproductive operations. 34 cases of the verified planocellular cancer of cervix with the pre-operating radiation treatment were studied. The biopsy of cervix was made before the initiation of treatment and the biopsic material was researched after the end of radiation regimen. Before the beginning of the radiation therapy the histologic study of the bioptic material showed, that the planocellular carcinoma was in all cases, though G-planocellular keratonized carcinoma was found in 6 cases, G2-planocellular carcinoma – in 12 cases (8 cases – keratonized, 4 cases – non-keratonized) and at 16 patients G3-non-keratonized carcinoma was found. The results of radiation therapy were measured morphologically, therapeutical pathomorphism of tumor was determined, we made an analysis of undifferentiated activity of expression of the nucleas antigen Ki-67 and PCNA.
