Safety of platelet-rich plasma in animals was proved. The study demonstrates the importance of measurement of cytokines in clarifying the stage of pathological processes outflow in parenchymal organs of rats and mice. There were theoretically substantiated and worked out methods of correction of pathological changes by the use of platelet-rich plasma.
