The object of the research is the potential of the agricultural limited liability company (ALLC) Chapayev. The subject of the research: organizational and economic mechanism of readjustment. The aim of the research is the development of theoretical and methodological support and practical recommendations for the process of developing organizational and economic readjustment mechanism in enhancing the potential of ALLC Chapayev. To achieve the goal in the work the following tasks were set and solved: the analysis of internal and external environment of ALLC Chapayev; the need for readjustment and recovery procedures solvency of the enterprise was substantiated; organizational and economic mechanism and basic sanitation directions have been developed; assessment of the potential ALLC was carried out using a graphical-analytical methods; methodical approach to assessing the level of the overall development of the company in the internal environment has been developed. The methods of research are: dialectical, abstract-logical, morphological and system analysis; methods of financial analysis; graphical method; methods, techniques and tools of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results of the work are: the analysis of the technical and economic activity indicators for 2010 - 2011 years; the analysis of crop and livestock branches; the elaboration of the organizational-economic mechanism and readjustment directions for ALLC Chapayev; the justification for methodical recommendations of assess the capacity of enterprise and methodical approach of assess the level of overall development ALLC Chapayev in the internal environment. Scientific novelty of the obtained results is the development of scientific and methodical regulations and practical recommendations for the development of organizational and economic readjustment mechanism in enhancing the potential of the agricultural enterprises. The effectiveness of the implementation is that the theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations can be used to enhance the potential of enterprises in the agro-industry.
