Simulation for countries and regions of Ukrain was provided, the results of which was used for creationg thematic panels for presentation and analysis of the research results on-line. In the course of the investigation also method of verification applied models of complex systems based on the operations of aggregation and generalization and the use of equivalent transformations for categories that describe the subject area was established. This approach allows to define a set of objects on which attention should be focused in the context of the study mechanisms of domain subject to the limitations set for its formalization. And therefore this approach partially solve the problem of completeness factors set indicator models, including model evaluation of the development of a society based on knowledge. We construct the mapping between levels of representation of complex multi-level system as an example model of society based on knowledge, based on the detection and analysis of causal relationships between processes that are in it.
