Halogenation of 7-allylpyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6-carboxylic acid and it's methyl ester was studied. New derivatives of the 1,2-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-1(2Н)-one from 8-iodomethylpyrimido[5',4':4,5]pyrrolo[2,1-с][1,4]oxazine were synthesized. Also convenient approaches to synthesis of new pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-containing -, -hydroxyphosphonic acids were developed.
