A few in number compared with the data available in the literature. Angular distribution of differential cross sections of elastic and inelastic scattering of deuterons with our energy structure similar angular distribution at energies Ed = 60.6 MeV and 52 MeV, but significantly different from the angular distributions at Ed = 25.9 MeV. Analysis of experimental data at energies Ed = 45.3 MeV, 52 MeV and 60.6 MeV executed by the optical model and method-channels. The satisfactory description of angular distributions of differential cross sections of elastic and inelastic scattering at 45.3 MeV deuteron energy (25 <= ts.m. <= 80) and the consistent description of elastic and inelastic scattering at levels 3 and 2 + 12C nuclei at energies 52 MeV and 60.6 MeV. The analysis of the diffraction radii obtained from analysis of the angular distributions of elastic and inelastic scattering the interaction of deuterons and alpha particles from the nucleus of 12C at energies 15 <= E / A <= 45 MeV / nucleon. Diffraction radii, determined from the interaction of deuterons with core 12C for both basic and excited states of the nucleus 12C systematically smaller by the interaction of alpha particles with a core 12C, especially for state 0+ (7.65 MeV), where the difference reaches ~ 0.4 - 0.6 fm. The radius of the excited state deuterons E * = 7.65 MeV 12C nuclei than the ground state of ~ 0.25 fm and state E * = 9,64 MeV - at ~ 0.5 fm.
