The object of study - tumor cell lines of hepatocellular carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the breast, ultra-structural carbon and diamond carbon lukopodobny. The goal - to study the prospects for the use of carbon materials (diamond-like carbon and lukopodobnogo) as carriers of anticancer drugs for targeted delivery. Research methods - methods of cell culture, cyto-morphological, MTT test, microscopy. As a result of the second phase of the research work demonstrated the effectiveness of trypsin as a release agent MLC particle UDD/OPS-DOK; UDD particles and /OPS-DOK as a carrier for drug delivery. The paper showed that the trypsin-mediated release of PKD is dose-dependent and a negative correlation with tumor cell viability. Survival adenocarcinoma cells (MCF-7), when incubated with UDA-MLC for 24 hours decreased from 52 to 28% (UDD concentration from 8.4 to 670 ug/ml MLC - from 2.5 to 20 micrograms/ml) and when incubated with OPS-PKD at the same concentrations and reaction time - from 72 to 30%. Hepatocellular carcinoma cell sensitivity to MLC was higher than that of MCF-7 cells. Thus, based on these results, we suggest that the carbon-based protein complex UDD APs and loaded with anticancer drugs and specific antibodies can be useful for the effective delivery of an anticancer agent.
