For 7 species the data concerning of mentioned genes are submitted to GenBank for the first time. On the basis of phylogenetic analysis by nuclear and mitochondrial DNA sequences, as well as of special revision of morphology, anatomy and chemistry of the subfamily Caloplacoideae of the family Teloschistaceae the new for science genus Fauriea of the subfamily Caloplacoideae of the family Teloschistaceae as well as the new for science species Fauriea orientochinensis are described. It is shown for the first time that a group of South Asian and East Asian species forms the separate monophyletic branch in the Squamulea s.l. clade with the highest level of support. The nomenclature combinations for the representatives of the genus Fauriea and Tayloriellina are published. Lectotypification of Lecanora micromera Hue. is performed.
