As result, Raman spectra, IR as well as UV reflection spectra of the studied doxorubicin, nicotinamide Thiotriazoline and N-acetylglucosamine drugs as well as mixtures of nanoparticles of magnetite Fe3O4 the particle size ~5 nm and 50 nm and mixed with doxorubicin in the form of dry powder and aqueous solutions are obtained. An analysis of mentioned spectra including attribution of the spectral bands to corresponding physical mechanisms are presented. The possibility of formation of complex molecules Thiotriazoline and N-acetylglucosamine was shown experimentally. Using model calculations in Gaussian software package, taking into account the influence of water environment, the possibility of chelation of Thiotriazoline and N-acetylglucosamine was confirmed. From the spectra of infrared spectroscopy of the ternary system the change of conformational state of N-acetylglucosamine was determined at a constant concentration of doxorubicin and at increasing in the concentration of Thiotriazoline. The electron irradiation of solvent affects on IR spectra of doxorubicin molecules dissolved in it, due to the changes in concentration babstoniv irradiation solvent. Quantum chemical calculations in Gaussian software package indicate that as the result of the influence of solvent dielectric constant the changes the conformational state of the molecule take place. The most prominent feature is the change in dihedral angle of C9-OH group that is connected with fixing ring A. The performed studies have shown the effectiveness of modifications of the structure of solvent with metal nanoparticles and under electron irradiation on the decrease in the toxicity of anthracycline antitumor antibiotic doxorubicin.
