Development of theoretical and methodological principles of sustainable competitiveness of Ukraine's transport infrastructure under the definition of imperatives and key determinants of this process in terms of integration into the EU transport system solve actual scientific problem of increasing the efficiency of public administration processes for infrastructure development. The object of study is the process of sustainable competitive infrastructure sectors. The subject of study is institutions, mechanisms, models, principles of sustainable competitiveness of Ukraine's transport infrastructure. Methods of study are dialectical knowledge, induction and deduction, synthesis, abstraction, simulation, methods of system, structural, historical, comparative, statistical and mathematical analysis. Results: development of competition theories, competitiveness, integration, global transformation, modernization and sustainable development; definition of imperatives and determinants of competitiveness; justification paradigm of the relationship between economic growth and the quality of management of public infrastructure projects; formation programs the implementation of international experience in the national economy and conceptual foundations of deepening cooperation between Ukraine and the EU; researching of methodology forming the transformation of the transport infrastructure paradigm to ensure sustainable competitiveness and synergistically-iyerarhychnoyi model of transport infrastructure; development of concepts, policies and improve sustainable competitiveness of Ukraine's transport infrastructure.
