It has been shown that YAG:Cr4+,Сa2+,Si4+ ceramics has lower concentration of Cr4+ ions in comparison with YAG:Cr4+,Сa2+ ceramics. YAG:Cr4+,Сa2+ ceramics processing absorption of Cr4+ ions at л=1064 nm of about 3.6 cm-1 has been synthesized. It has been shown that YAG:Cr4+,Сa2+ ceramics (Са=0.5 at%; Cr=0.1 at%) could be used as passive Q-switcher of laser radiation.
