Kholodny Institute of Botany NASU popup.description2 The study of qualitative composition and quantitative content of cytokininis in micelial biomass of 7 basidiomycetes species (Cyclocybe aegerita, Morchella esculenta, Hericium coralloides, Hericium erinaceus, Flammulina velutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinula edodes) was carried out by HPLC. The presence of trans- and cis-zeatin, zeatin riboside, zeatin-O-glucoside, isopentenyladenosine ans isopentenyladenine was shown. The widest spectrum of cytokinins was idetified in Cyclocybe aegerita. The highest total cytokinin content per 1 g of fresh and dry weight was detected in Morchella esculenta. Hericium coralloides 2332 was the most perspective species for creation of biologiсally active preparations with a high cytokinin content since the high sum cytokinins level in its micelial biomass coincides with significant zeatin riboside concentration.
