The aim of the work: the target search for the methods of new fluorine-containing reagents obtaining for the direct fluorine or fluoro-alkyl groups introduction into organic molecules. Investigation methods: various synthetic and physical-chemical methods. Fluorination of alfa-aroylphosphonates and alfa-aroyl(phenyl)phosphonates by morpholinotrifluoroslfurane has been studied for the first time. It was established that as carbonyl, so phosphoryl groups, undergo fluorination, the priority direction of one of these processes is determined by steric nature of alkoxyl substituent near phosphorus atom. Principally new prospective method for the synthesis of perfluorovinyl and perfluorobutadienyl derivatives of benzthiazole and quinoline has been elaborated. Not catalytic method of direct perfluoroalkylation of aromatic compounds has been found. It was established that Micunobu reaction is a convenient synthetic instrument for obtaining of new fluorine-containing analogs of bisphosphonic nucleotides on the basis of (alfa-phenyl)(alfa-fluoro)methylenbisphosphonic acids derivatives. Study of cytotoxicity and ability to suppress Epstein-Barr virus has shown the promising results for the further investigation of the obtained nucleotide analog biological activity. Scientific results of this work may be used in organic, organo-element and fluoro-organic chemistry.
