It is found that a more effective manifestation of silicon nanooxides associated with the number of nonmetallic inclusions in the weld metal is nearly 2 times, which increases the solid components and structures, accordingly, wear resistance. It is shown that the introduction of nanopowder materials in the weld pool is not associated with restrictions on the choice of surfacing materials and deposition conditions and regimes can be adopted by and acting on technology companies regarding the manner of welding modes and floating materials.
