The aim of the study - to develop a new drug with anti-stress and adaptogenic action based on N-acylethanolamines. Research methods: biochemical, spectrophotometric, immunoenzymatic, statistics. The report presents scientific data of N-stearoylethanolamine anti-stress properties. It was shown that a two-week application of N-stearoylethanolamine after development in rats of chronic social stress has a modeling the influence on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal and sympatho - adrenal axle, reproductive system, as well as in blood plasma of rats promotes significant an increase serotonin levels, normalized a content of TBA-active products and content nitric oxide stable metabolite - nitrite anion. It was established that the use of N-stearoylethanolamine within two weeks of chronic social stress increases the activity of research animals in the test object recognition, contributes to the value of pain threshold values at the level of "stress" and leads to recovery after stress indices of memory and attention. The results is evidence of anti-stress and adaptogenic action of N-stearoylethanolamine that can be used as a basis for creating a new generation of drug with adaptogenic action to eliminate the negative effects of social and other kinds of stress on the human body.
