Objective: to develop a complex approach to the use of dopant concentration and temperature to control the NPs properties, including optical. Methods XRD, ESR, IR-, UV-visible spectroscopy were used in investigations. Based on the analyzing the dynamics of the two component system structure ZnO-SeO2 under the influence of temperature and concentration of zinc oxide defined modes hetero ensembles synthesis of this compound. It has been shown that phenol degradation occurs with the inclusion of oxidation / reduction cycle, which occurs through the action of a pair of Ce3 + / Ce4 + at low concentrations (10%) of ceria in the system. It is shown that at temperatures more then 600 С has been formed a complex system such as Y2O3-ZrO2 core / Ag (Ag2O) shell, further decorated with silver nanoparticles. The scientific value is to identify factors influencing the characteristics, behavior and the processes of formation of complex systems SeO2-ZnO and Y2O3-ZrO2 core / Ag (Ag2O) shell with change the concentration and temperature. Practical value: it was found the physical conditions of formation of hetero systems based on zinc oxide which allows to control the activity of nanoparticles in their preparation and to manage of the behavior of ensembles as well as their optical properties.
