The fabrication technology for film structures based on Mo(x)Re(1-x) is developed. The two-layer structures (Mo0.56Re0.44 / insulator) were created as well as the structures with two Josephson junctions based on Pb and Sn films. The Josephson tunnel contacts having one of the superconducting electrodes made of Mo0.56Re0.44, namely MoRe-Al2O3-Pb/Sn, were created. The attestation of the samples by measuring their basic characteristics was carried out. The effect of microwave radiation on the current-voltage characteristics of Josephson junctions Mo0.56Re0.44-Al2O3-Pb/Sn was analyzed and it was shown that for typical conditions the film structures Mo0.56Re0.44-Al2O3-Pb/Sn can successfully work as quadratic microwave detectors with volt-watt sensitivity about V/W for input microwave powers mW. An influence of the signal generated by the Mo0.56Re0.44-AlN-PbSn-I-Pb Josephson junction biased by a dc current on the current-voltage characteristics of other Mo0.56Re0.44-AlN-PbSn-I-Pb Josephson junction was observed. The efficiency of microwave energy conversion in the film structures based on Mo(x)Re(1-x) alloys was investigated and it was shown that the energy conversion efficiency of such systems is only several times less that the energy conversion efficiency for the structures based on Nb films.
