For this purpose it was designed and produced a fundamentally new layout plasmodynamic (plasmaoptic) filter once-through configuration. During the project major setups modernization in corresponding institutions are made. The optic monitoring the plasma flow are beginning. Started processing the optical diagnostics of the plasma flow and the creation of theoretical and mathematical models of the processes that take place in the volume of plasmaoptic filter when it passes through a stream of dusty dense low-temperature plasma from erosion source of vacuum arc type. Obtained test coatings that demonstrate the effect of the filter on a decrease in droplet phase in the flow and an increase in the total productivity of the deposition process.
