Coherent electronic transport through molecular complexes, having a structure of N-terminal conductor and also through bent quantum nanowire is studied. A mechanism of threshold deformations of polymorphic macromolecule of DNA type is proposed. By using a method of controllable molecular dynamics a mechanism of double-helix opening by an external force is investigated. The existence of a metastable state which is an intermediate one between closed and fully open states of base pairs in the double-helix is confirmed.
