A number of psychological thesis of the new psychological concept of career guidance in today's labor market was formulated. Developed technical support and established online resource (profprestige.org.ua) for monitoring and support of professional self-determination; the normative documentation for users of the test module was elaborated. A national network of schools as the basis for empirical research and experimental implementation of scientific results was organized. Extensive testing of Internet resource during a representative online study the factors of youth professional self-determination under conditions of National Qualifications Framework implementation with the aim to optimize the choice of the youth profession based on ranking of occupational prestige in society was conducted. Four mass representative survey of adults and students of 9-11 grades of secondary schools and groups of their parents and teachers were conducted. The results of monitoring reflect in electronic dynamic bulletin. Two software certificates were received, another 8 submitted for registration. Developed and prepared for testing electronic multimedia guide to optimize career choices in terms of implementation of the National Qualifications Framework.
