Nonlinear matrix equations of dynamics of normal and degenerate states of high-spin magnetics are obtained in the Weyl basis. The subalgebras of Poisson brackets for of magnetic quantities are considered in details for spin values s=1 and 3/2, where the exchange interaction has the properties of SO (3), SU (3), SU (4), SU (2) *SU (2), SO (4), SO (5) symmetry. The explicite form of the density matrix polarization is obtained for spin values s=1 and s=3/2 of magnetics in clean quantum states and the region of acceptability of magnetic freedom degrees is defined in mixed states.
