The expressions for the densities of Noether currents are obtained in terms of PSL (4|4, R) of supertwistors. It is shown that in the extended model of torsion string the (anti) commutation relations of of Noether currents densities form the Algebra of torsion string (TSA). The dynamics of the long-wave non-equilibrium fluctuations, caused by the action of the external stochastic field, is built in the systems of particles interacting with multiplicating and absorptive environments. The general equations of long-wave fluctuations dynamics are obtained in terms of the method of meaning by external casual force of the evolution equations of parameters describing the system. The case of additive Gaussian noise acting on the system is studied in details. Theconditions of stationary states forming are considered in such system and the stability of these states is studied.
