One of the main our results proves that virion's height alteration depends on negatively charged amino acid's radicals quantity localized on the capsid outer surfase. Beside in the optic activity of TMV+Au complex has been observed. The optic activity shows its maximum value corresponding to the wave lenght 540 nm. this wave length is 18 nm shorter than the one concerning to the maximum observed for nanosized Au particles.
