It was established that the three-layer film systems Ni / Dy / Ni / Sub and Fe / Dy / Fe / Sub structural-phase state, and therefore the magnetic, magnetoresistive properties depend on the thickness of the intermediate layer Dy. With effective thickness of monolayer films Dy less than 15 nm in which the electron is fixed by the quasi amorphous phase (qa-Dy), and with increased thickness from 15 nm to 40 - appear crystallization processes. Structures based on Fe (Ni) and Dy can be used in creating a stable sensor, whose main function is the detection of weak magnetic fields. Because these systems are characterized by stable structural-phase state, which eliminates the effect of the temperature factor on the sensor. The obtained results in the study of the structure and properties of systems based on Fe (Ni) / Dy correlated and show a significant effect of structural-phase state on the magnetic and magnetoresistive properties.
