The aim of work is to develop scientific and methodological issues of improving the process of regional financial providing in conditions of effective environmental management. Research methods is system approach, dialectical method, method of logical generalization, method of abstraction and logical generalization, method of economic and mathematical modeling, method of comparison, ranking, statistical, graphic and comparative methods. Research results is the improvement of theoretical and methodical issues of management of the process of regional financial providing that will allow to increase the level of environmentally-oriented regional development in the current economic context. Relations with other works: some results were presented at scientific conferences and published in scientific journals. Recommendations for use the work's results: based on the analysis may be proposed the scientific and methodical approaches on providing effective regional nature management based on the improving the process of its financial support. Field of application: for a management system of environmentally-oriented development of Ukraine on the level of legislative branch, executive authorities and regional levels. The importance of work and conclusions: creates a theoretical and methodical base for further substantiation of effective regulatory and legislative decisions in the development of financial management policy of the region in conditions of effective environmental management.
