It was established that microwave sintering as compared with the traditional allows reducing 1.5-2 times the grain size in the material structure, increase 1.6-2 times the compressive strength of bioceramics samples and increasing 1.7-5.5 times the material bioresorption. It was shown that samples prepared by microwave sintering promote activation of proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of precursor cells of the bone marrow that experimentally proves the possibility and feasibility of clinical application of such material to replace bone defects of different origin.
