Basing on magneto-optical measurements and the description in the modified Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert model, we have ascertained the role of pulsed thermal demagnetization and spin-orbit interaction in the formation of effective bias fields, acting on magnetic states of the system. It is shown the dependence of the laser-induced magnetic dynamics on radiation parameters and the electron structure of nanolayers. In the case of nanolayers of normal metal with the strong spin-orbit interaction, the mechanism of the dynamic feedback stabilizing the magnetic dynamics providing electric driven electromagnetic radiation is studied.
