The focus of the work is given to the creation of a number of methods and tools that provide automated centralized management and operation of joint operation of all subsystems of the IT infrastructure according to the tasks on the basis of objective and subjective problems in the operation, solving the problem of managing distributed resources , increasing productivity and efficiency of management of information technologies and telecommunications networks, improving the quality of IT services. Information and mathematical models and methods for integrated planning and management of the operation of large distributed IT infrastructures based on the combined resources and process approaches based on modern information technology, built on the integration of the event-oriented and structure-parametric approaches to management in order to maximize the involvement of system resources for the provision of quality IT services and efficient support basic processes of ministries, departments and large organizations.
