The effect of the filler of the gaps on contact heat transfer has been modeled by thermal resistance, which depends on its thermal conductivity and an actual height of the gaps. The influence of the applied force and thermal loads on gaps deforming has been taken into account. The solution of the formulated problem has been constructed for two cases: thermoinsulated gaps, heat-permeable gaps. The numerical calculations have been performed for the interface stainless steel AISI 304 - aluminium alloy A380 and the following intercontact media: air, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, water. It has been shown that, in contrast to the thermoinsulated gap model, the utilization of the heat-permeable gap model allows us to construct a physically correct solution of the contact problem. It has been revealed that the contact under investigation is accompanied by the thermal rectification (the values of gap thermal resistance and effective thermal contact resistance change with reversal of heat flow), the level of which can reach up to 87%. The results of the research are important for tribology, energetics, microelectronics and engineering industry. Product Description popup.authors Чумак К.А. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
