Full and completed survey, generalization and systematization of existing approaches and techniques for assessing the environmental impact of man-made objects in the environment were done. A description of the non-radiation factors of NPPs impact on the environment and nearby population was analyzed. Specific chemical monitoring system in the areas of surveillance of Ukrainian NPPs was investigated and analysis of the current state of information and analytical support of the system was done as well. The algorithm for comprehensive assessment of non-radiation environmental impact in the areas of surveillance NPP Ukraine was offered. Also developed advanced mathematical and computer tools to carry out a comprehensive assessment of chemical exposure nuclear power plant on the environment and nearby residents with appropriate storage, preservation, systematization, processing, analysis, visualization and data exchange for monitoring and forecasting the environment.
