Found that phase equilibria in systems based on oxides of lanthanum, lutetium (yttrium) are characterized by the type of perovskite phase and depends on the ratio of the speed of ordering interim phase LaYO3 ionic radii and impurities. Determined that the metastable phase ratio of La2O3-Lu2O3 (Y2O3) -Ln2O3 can be used as a benchmark state in which perovskite phase yet. It is thus possible to produce ceramics in both equilibrium and non equilibrium state as high pressure and in free form. The ability to exercise this fundamental result is not given in literature.
