The aim of this work is to study the "electrolyte-electrolyte" heterogeneous state formation, which is observed during the electrochemical reactions on the surface of the magnetized ferromagnetic electrodes in an external magnetic field, without external electrical current through the solution, as well as the shape of the interface surface determining in the liquid in vicinity of the electrode surface, which separates the regions with a high content of electrochemical reaction products from the primary solution. By means of optical methods, frequency and thermographic studies it is established that the electrochemical reactions in a magnetic field is accompanied by the vortex movement of the electrolyte and by the groups of clusters formation that leads to the "electrolyte - electrolyte" phase separation as structural and thermal. The theoretical model that describes the shape of the interface in the magnetic and gravitational fields, based on the hydrostatic equilibrium equation, and also takes into account the magnetic, osmotic, gravitational pressure, the Laplace pressure and the pressure of the centrifugal force, which leads to the rotation of the electrolyte near the surface of the magnetized electrode are carried out.
