As source of human cell lines used U87 and A172 (glioblastoma cell line), BLIN1 and REH (pre-B lymphoblastic leukemia), and HEK293-T (line of human embryonic kidney fibroblasts). we obtained HEK-293T-pBABEpuro, HEK-293T-pBABE-mCD150 and HEK-293T-pBABE-nCD150 transfectants. We obtained HEK-293T-pBABEpuro, HEK-293T-pBABE-mCD150 and HEK-293T-pBABE-nCD150 transfectants by using lipofectamine 2000. These transfectants will be used in further research for studies of the role mCD150 and nCD150 isoforms in cell signaling cascades.
