The object of research - activities of executive authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations regarding organization and implementation of civil protection measures in the present conditions and similar events in other countries on the basis of current regulatory and technical framework. Subject of research - national and international legislative and regulatory framework that governs the organization and implementation of measures of civil protection. Purpose -scientific justification of optimal required list of measures, administrative and accounting documents on civil protection, general requirements regarding their development and implementation of further developing Methodology. The method of research - analytical. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time, on the basis of the results of research it has been identified a general list of activities of civil protection, set out the principles of their organization and implementation, and developed Methodical recommendations for the organization and implementation of key measures of civil protection in executive authorities and enterprises, institutions and organizations. The results of research work contribute to solving of urgent scientific and methodological issues concerning the organization and implementation of civil protection measures by the executive authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations.
